About Amanda
Hey there! I’m Amanda—wife, mom to three energetic boys, and above all, a follower of Christ. I’m an ACE-certified health coach and Certified Revelation Wellness® Instructor with nearly twenty years in the wellness world. But the real foundation of my work isn’t my credentials—it’s the redemptive work God has done in my own life.
My journey has included seasons of disconnection from my body, insecurity, and eventually a period of severe illness that brought everything to a halt. In that place of limitation and fear, the Lord began restoring parts of my heart, mind, and physical health I didn’t even know were fractured. Through that process, He reshaped the way I understand my whole self—not as separate pieces to manage, but as one fully integrated, image-bearing human created to glorify God in all I am and do.
That transformation became a turning point for me. I realized how deeply the world’s messages about our bodies—striving, perfectionism, self-optimization—clash with God’s design. Scripture tells us that our bodies are good, intentional, and woven into our identity as His image-bearers. Spirit, soul, mind, and body were never meant to be siloed; they were created to work together in worship, obedience, and dependence on Him.
This is the heart behind my coaching.
I don’t offer rigid rules, quick fixes, or one-size-fits-all plans. You are uniquely designed by a loving and all-wise God, and your body is part of that good design. My desire is to walk alongside women as they grow in awareness, learn to discern God’s voice in their daily choices, and cultivate rhythms of nourishment, movement, rest, and stewardship that reflect His heart—not cultural pressure.
My passion is to help others experience what I have: freedom that comes from seeing your body not as a project to fix, but as an instrument of grace. The place where heaven and earth meet and God’s glory is revealed. It is one of my greatest joys to watch women come alive in who God created them to be—fully integrated, wholly loved, and living with peace and purpose in Christ.
